Engineering Leader · Frontend Platforms & Design Systems
Engineering ambition
into operating rhythm.
I'm a senior engineering manager at Comcast. Through tech and team leads, I lead three teams, 20+ engineers, behind Xfinity.com's marketing and customer acquisition experiences and the shared frontend platform and design system other product teams build on. From SDET to senior engineering manager over 12 years, I've learned the job is turning big goals into a rhythm teams can ship on: clear ownership, platform work kept separate from feature delivery, steady releases, and engineers growing into leads.

Selected Work
- MY TEAMS
Xfinity.com web platform
My teams build and run Xfinity.com's marketing and customer acquisition apps and the shared frontend platform underneath them. I split platform work from feature delivery so the shared platform stayed healthy as features sped up, and turned shared components and utilities into a governed product with docs, triage and a US/India support rotation. We grew the Helix design system by 10+ components with CI quality gates and a biweekly release cadence, set up a standing design sync so new features reuse existing components, and stood up an AI delivery team that was an early adopter of AI-native delivery practices.
- CLIENT · LIVE
DragonLily Productions
Marketing site for a video production company. I took the client's logo into Claude Design, built the whole experience from it in Astro and Tailwind, with a reel, producer bio and contact flow, and kept content in a lightweight layer in code so a CMS can be added later.
- OPEN SOURCE
Cobalt
My personal design system and its React component library. This site is built on it. Dark-first, with a focus on component architecture, API design, and accessibility.
- SHIPPED
Cloud129 studio site
Site for Cloud 12Nine Technologies, the independent web studio I run. Built with Astro and deployed to Netlify through GitHub Actions.
